The US Food and Drug Administration has approved Cialis, the Lilly answer to Viagra, for treatment of non cancerous enlarged prostate problem.  Benign prostatic hyperplasia, or BPH for short, is a problem for many men over  50 years.  The most obvious indication of the enlarged prostate is difficulty urinating.  Cialis is the only one of the three erectile dysfuntion drugs that is available as a one-a-day tablet.  It also has the nickname "weekend pill" because of its 36 hour effective life in the system. This adds another string to its bow in addition to its use for pulmonary arterial hypertension under the name Adcirca.  A truly many faceted product.
